This award-winning oak-aged Rum is seriously off the scale in quality.

We start with imported Light Caribbean White Rum, a 95% abv, this is distilled and then cut down in strength and one-third is put into reconditioned lightly toasted old Oak Port Casks to age.

Then one-third is put into stainless steel tanks, this is spiced with 7 different spices, and a further one-third is put into another separate stainless steel tank that has litres of port added to it.

We blend these three elements together, the oaked, the spiced and the ported rums, to give our final product which is bottled at 42% abv.

A truly premium hand-crafted Rum…

Some flavours for you:

The Oak ageing adds vanilla and subtle ported and light chai notes, the spicing including Cinnamon, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Cacao, Tonka bean, Rose Petal and Ginger; all adding their individual flavours in differing degrees; and finally, the Port, adds its own depth of flavour and complexity to the finished rum…

Our Masala Chai is now used as one of the core botanicals in our Original Spirit of Masham Gin, along with specially selected Hops that gives our Gin its distinctive and unique flavour.

Spirit of Masham Classic Gold. Here we are playing with your mind. Twisting innovation with tradition.  Goldings Hops and Golden Berries interwoven with Lime Peel and Orange Peel. Kaffir Lime Leaves, Lemon Grass and Pomelo peel. A little kick of black and pink peppercorn too……This is a classic yet modern Gin.

Lead botanicals are of Yorkshire Rhubarb from the Yorkshire Triangle with the addition of Rhubarb from our very own garden here in the Yorkshire Dales. We then add Rose Petal and Ginger to the distillation to give this gin a distinctive and unique taste.

This is an inspired gin. Using deep roasted chocolate malt barley that is used to make stouts, porters and dark beers. We then build around this with organic cocoa, coconut, Rose hip and a hint of Italian dark roast Coffee that delivers subtle dark bitter chocolate notes to the gin. A truly grown up experience.
