By uniquely distilling every botanical individually, we’re able to tailor your gin a single bottle at a time. So go ahead and pick your favourite botanicals, set their strength and we’ll ship your creation straight to you. It’ll even have your name on the label.
Select the quantity of each of the following for your Gin:
A purple juicy fruit, which has an unmistakable gin-like flavour, that is clean with notes of pine and resin. Juniper is such an important aspect of gin, it is not only the primary botanical used, but legally it has to be the prominent ingredient to be able to call itself a gin.
The perfect building block for gin; a light lemon citrus flavour with warm, nutty hues and is another must for your Gin.
Whilst maintaining the nod to citrus, there is a very slight curry flavour. Think warm, aromatic and slightly sweet.
Select ONE fixative from the drop down options and then choose the level using the sliding scale provided:
Select AT LEAST ONE Citrus ingredient from the options below:
Next, select between 7 and 10 Botanicals from the options below:
Based on your preferences, we adjust the strength of each botanical to get it just right. We recommend selecting a couple of botanical heros, and use the remaining botanicals to compliment the lead and add complexity and depth.
